Terns has recently learned of an email scam involving persons posing as recruiters, or falsely claiming to represent the company, while soliciting individuals to interview for positions that the company does not have open.
Examples of solicitations are as follows:
An invitation to interview for a remote data entry position, with the recruiter indicating the recipients resume was provided by LinkedIn and offering times for an online call
A similar solicitation with persons claiming to be with talent acquisition agencies
